How to create Redis Cloud VPC peering in AWS?

Answer

You need a flexible or annual subscription to configure the peering from within the UI via Subscription->Security->VPC Peering. Fixed subscriptions do not allow VPC peering (the cluster is not dedicated to a single customer).
